Lens hood mounting pin for 28mm Leica lens

I have a 28mm Elmarit lens which should have two chrome pins, one on either side of the front of the barrel, for mounting the lens hood.
One of these pins is missing, and as I'm about to sell the lens, I'd like to find a replacement.
Any ideas?
