what other lens beside FSU lens for zorki/fed exist in LTM?
i never see any site about that, and i go on photo market this sunday so maybe i could look for some.

All Canon RF lenses, early Leitz and early Nikon, to start. I'll let others fill in the gaps.
 
Try Canon lenses in LTM or even Nikon lenses. Both are excellent. They can cost far more than what you pay for FSU lenses though.
 
There were also a few Japanese OEM companies in the 50s and 60s like Komura and Sun Optical that produced various LTMs branded Tanack, A. Call and etc. There were smaller German firms also like Steinheil and Shacht. I think Schneider and Rodenstock also produced limited quantities of LTM mount lenses also. M.J. Small has a nice book on non-leitz lenses that covers Europeans firms. Hope this helps.

Beware, there are also M39 lenses made for Braun Paxette cameras. Some of them rangefinder coupled, but not compatible with Leitz rangefinders.
These lenses are usually made by the same german manufacturers listed above!

Topcor, Fujinon, Zunow, Hexanon, Leonon, Accurar, Sun Sophia, Simlar, Honor, Zuiho , are all of the lesser known names in japanese made LTM lenses, along with the more famous Rokkor, Serenar and Zuiko and there are many more names from the 1940s and 1950s

I haveone of these lenses; I am hoping that Brian can modify it for LTM one day.
 
there are some FSU M39 lenses made for the earlier Zenit SLRs also, no rf cam and different back focus .
 
Nikkor lenses before the ones made for the reflex (F) were in LTM, Nikon rf mount, a few teles with the "C" for Contax rf were also made and a fewer sum in Exakta mount, mostly mild teles.
 
The majority of Nikon (actually Nikkor) lenses were made in the Nikon S Mount, which is semi-compatible with the Contax RF mount.

Nearly all RF Nikkors were also available in LTM mount. Most readily available are the 50mm (1.4 and f/2), 35mm and 135mm. Harder to find are the 85mm and 105mm and 28mm. The 25mm is super scarce. Don't think the 21mm Nikkor was made in LTM. It's super scarce and can fetch close to 5-digit prices. No optical difference in the various mounts. I think some of the 50mm LTM lenses had a close-focus ability (but not RF coupled at closer than regular distances).
 
my Nikkor LTM 50mm f1.4 and f2 have the close focus ability,does anyone know if the rare f1.5 LTM 50mm had that that close focus feature?
 
Is there an easy way to tell an S mount from a LTM on a Nikkor? Sorry if it is a dumb question. I've never seen one close-up.
