Lens Repair in ISTAMBUL

Hello everyone,
I have an issue during my holidays in Istambul. My Canon 1,4/50 EF's ring focus got stuck, the whole thing makes noises and can't focus right. It's probably sand, i'm not sure.
So I am looking for any kind of advice, or best, a known Shop that could repair the Lens. Thank you SO MUCH, it's the only lens I am with at the moment which is unfortunate.
