Afternoon everyone: hope you’re all well.
Trolling through the web the other night I came across a piece on the above topic, didn’t bookmark it----Doh! Anyway: I got the gist of the article and thought I’d play around with one of my J-8’s just to see, to learn. As a seating device I intended to use my Nokia mobile only it died just as I pressed it into service . I was just about to nip down stairs and place the offending phone on charge when I remembered my sons all singing all dancing Gillette Mach (higher number than pi on a log rule) razor. It has a built in vibrator (don’t ask, ain’t got a clue!) which is quite powerful for its size. Well, it worked, I think? Going to shoot some film this weekend and compare the results to the negs previously shot with this lens: Wonder if I’ll see the difference, if any? I can see the reason behind the method but: does anyone out there actually do this as a regular part of lens assembly?
