Guy in our photo club has one on his digital SLR. Watching him use it, it's clearly difficult and frustrating, but the results are interestingly weird. It takes serious concentration to deal with this floppy thing! Of course it has no relevance to rangefinder cams...
You could probable make one with an enlarging lens or lens-in-shutter mounted on flexible plumbing pipe and a T-Mount. Could cruise the "other lenses" on EBay for some bargain large format lenses. But you are in the SLR or Visoflex arena. I do not think a lens-baby coupled to an external finder would work... You know, it is probably forbidden to have a Nooky with a Lens-Baby.
