Lenses and OM 10

Luckily, the Olympus OM mount was really consistent and never modified*.
Therefore any Olympus OM mount lens will fit any OM body.
In short, yes it will fit your OM-10.

*= Some macro OM lenses are made to be used with bellows or extension tubes. These cannot be attached directly. For "normal" lenses, there should not be any problems.

Another exception are the AF lenses made for the auto focus models.

An easy way for you to tell is this comprehensive list. All lenses listed there will fit your camera unless listed under Bellows-Mount.

I have never owned Olympus gear, but many here at RFF have, so someone should be able to answer you question. Probably someone will come up with a review, owning that particular lens. 😛

But from reading, I would think since it is listed as working on the OM-1 and OM-2, it should work on the OM-10. But be patient, someone who knows for sure will answer.

EDIT: I see FTography answered while I was reading the link you posted and before I finished posting.

Sara, what made you suspect that it wouldn't?
Someone asked me because I was thinking of giving my friend the lens because I've never used it and I only have an OM-2n 😛

I thought the OM10 was some more complicated SLR system..blah blah blah! 😛

But thank you 😀

Yes, 100-200mm zoom will fit all OM bodies. OM-10 was an entry level SLR with plastic top cover. It came out at the same time as Nikon EM and all-plastic Canon AV-1. OM-10 is very simple to use but was made to looser specs than OM-2N. 1N, 2N are vastly superior. John
