lenspen…how to use it?

My glasses get a very rough treatment, compared to lenses - sweated on, cleaned several times a day, put down on hard surfaces or even sand thrown on them (I have kids). Nonetheless their coating is good enough to last until they grow out of prescription after some two or three years...
