Good point. I shot withthe OM-1 so many years it is imprinted in my brain but at that date, it would have had to be my Tower 57A rangefinder that I bought with paper route money.

You were in my backyard almost. I grew up and still live about 45 minutes from there.

This was taken around 1990 with my first camera, a Pentax P30. The film was FP4. These two guys were twins that had their own blues band in Salford, England.

These are my first pictures I ever took - I can't believe how well organised I am sometimes. The first negative sleeves are the test roll i run through my first camera - the Praktica.

Most of them are me messing about with my friends. I will scan a few this weekend.

Here it is. The first frame of the first roll of my first camera.
Taken on New Years day in 1994 - my brother (with the mustardy shirt) invited his frinds over for a drink.

I received my Praktica as a Christmas present under that Christmas tree a few hours earlier (Santa is coming on the 1 of January in Greece)

This is one from the first b&w film i ever shot - it is Delta 100.
It is winter 1994 - possibly February. I loaded a roll of Delta and went down town Athens to test it. There are a few interesting shots in it.



And this one is from the first roll i shot - me listening to music and reading a photography magazine. This is taken in January 1994.
