Let your Flags Shine Proud

There's been several attempts over the years for Australia to have a new flag but we seem as reluctant to do that as we are to dismiss the Queen as our head of state and become completely independant.

Talk of that here too - but really, we are all too obedient to our beloved Queen for anything serious to come out of it. 🙄 I don't know what we would put on a new flag design anyway though, short of a sheep or flightless bird of some kind. At least you guys have some interesting animals to put on 🙂

IMO the most beautiful and photogenic flag in the world is the Tibetan flag. The Argentina and Brazilian flags are pretty nice as well. The french tri color is probably the most famous and the one with a lot of history attached to it, and union jack is the most recognizable followed by American flag, although Americans put Canadian flag in their backpacks when traveling abroad. 😉
