Beseler 45VXL enlarger, Arkay 6 foot sink with Arkay drying cabinet. Got my 4 foot acculight viewing table and Seal 210 m dry mount press. A 50 sheet box of 11X14 Ilford fiber base Glossy and I'm ready to rock and roll. I just wish I hadn't sold the Arista cold light head.

My current darkroom, Focomat 1c in the foreground and a Focomat Iic behind me. About 10x12 ft with a 8ft stainless steel sink across and a 30x36 inch deep sink for print washing. Electronic control for water temeperature. Small enough to be comfortable - big enough to handle 11x14" prints - and in a pinch 16x20.
Print drying rack, dry mount, negative storage in an sep. room. All the walls are 3/4" marine plywood so you never have to look for studs to mount things. Multiple outlets high up - two sep. circuits. Filtered water and a cushioned vinyl floor.

Today the benches go in. Not a big room, only 3m x 1.8m. Hopefully I will have some prints by the end of the weekend. More images to come.

John - fantastic setup - I'm impressed!

No real changes to mine in the last couple of years.

Chris, that is one serious 'man cave'! I've run a couple of prints off but I think I need fresher developer as they all had a warm tone. I inherited 5L of Ilford Multigrade which I was hoping to us up, but god knows how old it is.

Don't throw away the multigrade - you know you can develop film with it? You can develop most slow to medium speed films in 20ml in 300ml (per roll) for 2 minutes at 20c (yes - two minutes). :)

I have an old container too, which seems to be OK with my paper (Ilford RC VC glossy).

All this just makes me pea green with envy.;)

No use showing my apartment bathroom, not set up now anyway.

And when I do get set up then the missus need to go......NOW!

Wow! that is awesome. How about music / hi-fi?

The stereo is behind me as well as a 13 inch tv set tuned to show black and white and with a red theatrical gel taped to the screen. I can almost see the baseball game and print without fogging the paper.

When I was in college I did three month road trips (co-op school) and traveled with tanks, reels and gallon jugs. Usually I camped but about once a week I'd find a cheap hotel and process all of my black and white film. About once every two weeks I'd buy a one gallon E6 Kit and do a mammoth E6 run. Nothing wrong with bathroom darkrooms. There's even a comfortable place to sit!

...and this is how it looks with the lights on:

Currently it in my parents' basement, but am looking to move it into my apartment bathroom in the near future!

Dry & wet. Trays on dry side used in sink for wash.

Used iPad.

Not as good as my Leica!
