I've always been enamored by vintage light meters and their design and construction. Heavy Bakelite cases, black enamel wrinkle-paint over metal, interesting dial calculators and moving/sliding scales... ...beautiful leather cases.... I only own one modern meter (Gossen Luna-Pro SBC) and would love to see modern ones as well.
I've seen some threads on usage but I don't think we have a dedicated thread to show them off.
These are just two of several I own. A GE DW-58 and a Weston Model 715. Both are still functional. I will post more over time.
I would love to see yours!

^^^ Cool! I also have an Ikophot with case and chain. Looks just like that! Very nice.

Yup -- same with my Ikophot. Underexposes by one stop but you can compensate easily for that.

I have a couple of those, one underexposes by about a stop, the other is completely non-functional. They are cool meters and attach to the shutter dial in a unique way.

For studio work, I use Sekonic L-358. But in the past month, I've started using an application on my iPhone: the Exponometer when taking photos with my Leica M6.

This is the only light meter I have that works well. Both reflective and incident readings. Very accurate too. Got it for a couple of pounds together with a Pentax k1000 if I remember correctly.

I have an XP, don't know the differences between the two. Sometimes referenced as the king of low light metering, although the contemporary Gossen meters were pretty good, too.

I had the L-208 for awhile but wanted something a bit more sophisticated so I bought a L-308S off of Ebay. It arrived DOA. 🤦♂️ It was an easy return and I found the fun blue anniversary one instead and ordered it. The day before it arrived, the L-208 died.
Talk about timing. Thankfully it works wonderfully.

I keep the 208 in case I get ambitious and want to try to fix it.
