I can't quite decide if I like #1 or #3 better, but they both evoke a wonderful sense of tranquility and stability.
The other two actually seem fairly abrasive in comparison to numbers 1 and 3, with a stand-offish feel from the angled view of the tower.

I like number 1 - nice tones, good composition and symmetry. Well done.

When taking them, I thought #1 would be my favorite. I was worried about getting the composition right using that cobbled together camera and a cold shoe viewfinder.
Ends up I like #3 best.
Erik's comment about #2 and #4 being stand-offish is interesting. Something about the diagonal stance that makes them look aggressive?

I like one the best due to the percentage of the frame the tower takes up. Plus I prefer centered in this case.
