Light leaks in R3A

Some of the shots from the last roll of film I put through my R3A last week seem to have fogging on them.

Now, I've long been aware that the foam surrounding the window in the back door is crap, as I lost a film to leaks through that after I'd had the camera about a year. I taped the window over with electrical tape and have had no problems since.

Looking at the back, though, it looks like the foam on the hinge has gone, as there's just a flattened remnant of something which might have been foam once.

I don't want to have to send the camera (which otherwise functions perfectly) in for repair over something that simple, so if anyone can point me at a source of replacement seals and a 'how-to' guide then I'd be grateful. (I'm in the UK, so would prefer a UK supplier).

Thanks.

No offense to UK vendors, but the best foam on the mkt. is available from the USA thru ebay. Dealer name is "Interslice". He has a fine reputation on RFF.

buy a metre of foam of the type used to seal the windows (Neoprene), and use it. It works as well as any other more expensive stuff... ten minutes of work, and no more leakage problems with your camera
(I used the same trick with my old OM-10, and it's still ok after many years)
