:bang:I have finally acquired a leica M9, having been an M6 user for many years.
Lightroom 2 is available free but requires a 24 digit serial number in a 6 box panel. I have been issued by Leica-camera.com , a 7 digit serial number which clearly doesn't work and as a result I can only use the service for a 30 day trial period (now diminishing!).
I have emailed ownersarea@leica-camera.com but have received no reply after 3 days.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Does anyone work at leica-camera.com?http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/images/smilies/banghead.gif

Just this guy, you know?
I don't know how this works in particular, but lightroom 3 was just released. Perhaps your code is for that instead?

Call Adobe and explain it to them. Just a suggestion.

Leica provides u with a code that can be used to redeem a serial number. that 7 digit code is for website to register it. once you register and redeem it, you will get an email with the actual serial number for lightroom
