Apparently, us RSP owners will be emailed by Adobe at about the time Lightroom's officially released (19 Feb) ... I'm looking forward to it (didn't try a beta)!Socke said:

As long as your email address with Pix is the same as it was when you originally registered with them ... Adobe will send you an email regarding how and when to get your copy
