I contacted Luis Liwanag before Christmas for some 1 to 1 coaching in the way's of a working PJ but I've not been able to find the time to hook up with him since then. Maybe once the summer heat has passed... Just now I'm struggling, yesterday was terrible and I can't even have a beer to quench the thirst as I'm on the wagon

If you post something and ask for an honest critique you rarely ever get it. Keith, recently I've become just too fond off it and I need a wee break... I'm sure you know what I mean
