Could anyone suggest a fair price for a 5x4 Tech III with the viewfinder and clean working lens, bellows need replacing but working ok with tape on them for the moment.

I've been looking at values on ebay but because of the fact that the body/lens are fine and the bellows not so fine, I'm a wee bit confused.

If the value is worth my while, I'll create a proper advert with photos.

You need to provide some more details about the age and condition of your equipment. The price will vary greatly depending on the lens mounted. A Biogon will fetch quite a bit more than a Xenar...

i'm not really sure of the age, its a Xenar 150mm f4.5
the body and movements are in pretty good condition.

there are some pinholes in the bellows which are covered with tape which works fine but isnt ideal.

If the lens is cammed (serial # on top matches the lens, and serial # on the bottom matches the camera body), then it could probably sell for around $600.
