I like FrankS' thread about listing camera salvage. along the same line, is there a list of local places (NYC for me) that will take film cameras for parts other than throwing it out (which I cannot seem to do without thinking that someone somewhere might need the very part, or might be able to make it work)? For that matter, is there anyone local learning to repair film camera who would benefit from this?
