Can someone explain why the log-in spaces aren't at the TOP of the forum page??? Why have to scroll down to the bottom to get to them? Eliminate some of the gibberish and put something useful.

I just saw the log in form at the top of the home page. This is visible when you are not signed in. Please give more details of your concerns.

Yep, dll927. And you don't even need to scroll.
