Lomo Elektra 112 camera

I bought on eBay a Lomo Elektra 112, which is based on the Yashica Electro, complete with a yellow and a red light.

I have five different models of the Yashica Electro, all of which take a different size battery, and I thought one of those batteries would fit the Elektra 112, but I thought absolutely wrong. None of them fit and I have no idea what battery it takes.

I just got the camera today and have e-mailed the seller asking him about the type of battery, but thought I would also ask here, and also in the Russion camera forum. Does anyone know the type of battery for it.

It seems to be working all right though I haven't run any film through it. At least the rangefinder works and the shutter fires, but without a battery I can't tell if the shutter works correctly.

So I hope someone can help.

Hope this helps. It suggests 2 x MR50 cells for power.
