London film dev, 35mm/120

In London with a lot of film and wondering if I should attempt to find a lab or get it back to Canada before bothering. Any good insights or lab recommendations for E-6 and C-41 in 35mm and 120/220 would be great. Impossble to search on my iPhone, sorry if this has already been asked and answered.

I use Genie for cost and haven't had any quality problems - www.genieimaging.co.uk. You can order online and take your films there, a little way out at Wandsworth Common, and collect a day or two later.

Go into any good newsagents like W.H.Smith and buy a copy of the (UK) Black & White Photography magazine. There are advertisements for several London and Provincial labs.

As do I also, @ £1.99 a roll for dev only on E6 & C41 (inc BW C41 too !!!) they surely have to be the cheapest in the UK and have always done a superb job on the Velvia I've sent them.

Can be a pit pricey on postage though I find if using mail order service, I posted 11 films yesterday for dev only and they charged almost £7 for return postage, add on the £3 it cost to send them making it £11 in total. Still works out cheaper than almost anybody else though and they are highly recommended. 🙂
