Long focus fixed lens

Does anybody knows of any fixed lens rangefinder with longer lenses? I know only of Yashica gsn auxilliary lens kit making about 70mm of it.

A variety of fixed-lens cameras had these auxilliary lens kits as accessories, and even recently for digicams. But for a fixed long-lens camera the only one that comes to mind is the tele-Rolleiflex, which I think had a pair of 135mm lenses. Not an RF of course...
