Late Xmass gift to myself. I actually found that gallery in question had a few copies more than a year ago, but they didn't take Paypal or similar. But on Xmass I got sone funds and rechecked the website and they finally could take CC (with some mods - email them first and find out shipping costs). The price ahd gone up, but copies of this book for twice the costs here (and are signed) in the US and I had the cash, so I purchased.
