Insane. Last year you couldn't give them away. I have seen some C-mount lenses going for close to $2000.

I did. Bwaaaaahhhh ha ha!!
I even bought a giant boxful from Andy too, last year for $40. He couldn't wait to get rid of them.
I even told him about the coming wave of C-mount adaptable cameras and he ridiculed me.

I remember when camera shops had loads of nice clean Nicca bodies they couldn't unload for $10 or $15 each. People just wanted the Nikkor lenses.
I even remember camera shops.

Me too...RIP
Re: C mount. I bought a bunch of Kerns and Schneiders before the prices skyrocketed. I'm probably gonna sell my G1 kit, so those lenses will have to go. Maybe make enough for a Noctilux

I wonder if there's anything I can do with the old zoom lenses I have that came off Betacams and what not. Pretty nice zooms.. I think T1.2 which I guess would be close to F1.0
I know some places to get some C mount lenses. I'm sure I could get a 10mm T1.8 for like $50 no problem

Depends on which C mount lens, some of them hold the value very well over time.
