My favorite is a Voigtländer Perkeo II. No RF coupling, but a small RF fitted to the accessory shoe works beautifully. It's got a sharp Color-Skopar lens, but with a lovely vintage feel to it. Very compact, very solid build.
I sold what would likely be perfect for you: Balda Baldix 6x6 with Baltar 75/2.9 lens. Again no RF (use an accessory as above), but a somewhat less sharp lens (especially wide open, nicely*sharp at f/8-f/11). Small and light.

Save your money, just put a soft focus filter on one of your sharp lenses. A series filter and adapter ring work on old folding cameras, but cheaper yet is a piece of ladies nylon stocking held on with a rubber band.
I just threw my old Perkeo I with the Vaskar triplet lens in an old pair of panty hose. Where-ever it ends up in the panty hose, I can still wind it on and press the shutter. It has double shot prevention. That method solves the problem of too sharp an image, and protects the camera in the bag. In the event you get mugged, the panty hose serve as an excellent way to swing the Voigtlander Perkeo as a weapon.
I'll post some shots soon. Have to dig the camera out of the panty hose and develop the last roll of film.
The camera originally posted for was the wonderful Voigtlander Perkeo E coupled rangefinder, except the images are way too good. There are three on eBay right now in the $350 to 400 plus range. That's a lot considering how hard they are usually to find.
I have a few pair of old pantyhose I can ship you for the cost of postage.
