Oh, you said Bubble Level. I thought you said Bubba Level and I was going to volunteer. Never mind.
Seriously, what about the hardware store? They don't have those in Canada?

Joe, If you don't get one off of ebay, get a line level at the hardware store. They work great.

Joe, I use these for leveling cameras on tripods, and for aligning the negative stage of my D2V. The one I have lays flat. It's hexaganol in shape, maybe 2 1/2" - 3" in length.

Just do a search for "bubble level" on the B&H or Adorama sites:
I think I have this 1 (can't remember where I got it) to use w/my 21/4.5 Biogon:

I'm a fan of the Voigtlander level - put it in the double accessory shoe to make it especially easy to use with an accessory viewfinder.

Joe, you can get replacement bubbles for levels at hardware stores like Crappy Tire. A piece of double-sided tape would hold one on the hotshoe. Or you could get the foot off a dead flash and attach one to it in a more permanent fashion.
Or you could just get a surface level like this one. Under $4.
