Specifically I'm looking for a photographer in the Orange County (or maybe LA) area to work under me.

We've just posted this position on Monster and Craigslist yesterday, but I'm wondering if there's a more specific place to advertise for creatives looking for a solid 9-5 job. Aside form spamming this board, anyway. Any recs?
