I don't know if you can order it on internet or by calling them, but photo Suffren in Paris are selling some (a bit expensive though, at 1800€):

Otherwise you can always try to find one on ebay shops, but most of them are in Japan.

Many here, including myself, have dealt with Noriaki, the owner of the above ebay store. My experience buying a lens could not have been better.
I had previously emailed him inquiring about a used R-D1, and his reply was prompt and courteous. My lens arrived in the US from Japan in 2 days! I have yet to see a negative comment about him. He has a 7 day return policy, and I am convinced he is of good repute.

I went in there and held my first ever R-D1 there. Glad to hear the price is exactly the same.
Very nice guys. I'm not sure they speak English, though. I never tried.

I bought one from Photosuffren in Paris at €1800. This was a bit expensive compared to Japan sourced yet with the customs taxes, it would have been close. On top of that, they will fix the viewfinder for free if it loses alignment without going through weeks of Epson product support so this was #1 criteria given I had read it was very easy to knock it off.
