I had only a few moments to catch this image. I saw the guy looking very mid century in attire and sitting under that cornerstone for Time Life with the 1959 date was perfect.

I think you've captured it very well and I like it. I also like the processing/tonality. I would have preferred his eyes open, but you had no control over that without spoiling the moment.

It's a nice shot, and it does indeed look like it could have been taken years ago. I think he looks like a young Robert Mitchum.

nice shot but if you had enough time try moving your position so as not to have the unfortunate mirg of the strong vertical lines hitting his ear and growing out of his head. but the moment is fleeting and you may have had no time
