Looking for Portland Leica Service Shop

Hi there. I'm new to the forums and am looking for someone near Portland, Oregon who can give my M6 a good checkup. I did a search on the forums and didn't see anything specific. Any advice in this matter is appreciated!

Advanced Camera does Leica repairs, Dave is topnotch. He is also well versed in the Canon thread mount cameras. I had him repair my Canon IVS and the camera came back running like new. He also checked out my M4 before I purchased it, the camera has never given me any problems. He is a great guy to work with.

I agree, my buddy Dave, at Advance Camera, knows hi sstuff. I highly recommend him. There are a few clubs in Portland. Any specific type that you're interested in?

As far as photo groups go, I'm looking for something loose and open - not a bunch of catty photographer/camera collectors talking about equipment, but about the joys of image making and communication through photography. I'm also big into rangefinders (I pretty much don't leave the house without the M6, Xpan, or at least a Holga.)

Heck, even a few people to loiter with in the Powell's photo section would be great - I'm usually the guy sitting on the floor with the little green notepad (I'm always recording titles/artists for the long-off day when I can have my own photo book collection).
