i like to use Domke wraps, just a padded square with velcro on all corners. Wrap up the camera and then toss it in my backpack. Fits all kinds of different camera/lens combos.

Good choice. Domke wraps get a lot of use from me with both Barnack and M bodies, as well as non-mounted lenses.
