i hope this is the appropriate place for this posting. if not, mods, please accept my apology and move to the appropriate location.
oh boy, here it is...
i bought an enlarger in scottsdale, az - and i live in galveston, texas - that i understood i was responsible for pick up and shipping.
at the time of purchase i had a connection with someone to help ship the enlarger. however, now that person is not able to help due to a worsening medical condition.
soooo, now i need to find some help - mebbe an RFF member in the phoenix area.
i would be happy to pay for their time and packing materials to get it ready for shipping. i was planning shipping via greyhound bus and would need it dropped off at their terminal. i would rather pay an RFF member for their help than hire a packing/shipping company.
this is the first time i have ever attempted something like this...and would appreciate any suggestions or ideas you might have about this.
