Need help in identifying vintage camera based on old leather case

A 6x6 small enough to fit inside a case should be a folder but the domed nose is a puzzler.

Has some traits in common with a Purma Plus.

It's not a Purma Plus, that has a much flatter front as the lens retracts.

It's quite like a Universal Meteor, though that doesn't have a logo on the case remotely like the one in the pic.
