My bag from Courierware just arrived (review will come at some point). Wile it is really nice, the shoulder pad is very stiff, long, heavy and slides way to easily along the strap, so I am looking for a replacement.
The shoulder strap is 50mm (2") wide. I am looking a nice, anti-slip pad that is not too large/heavy. What would you suggest?

I love the Domke mailman's pad too.

Same here, get the Domke. I use mine on my Hadley. It's better than the Billingham one.

Thanks. The Domke shoulder pad looks indeed good. Now the questions is - anybody has an idea whether it can be located in EU or do I have to order from US?

Domke is big; consider Billingham or make your own (very easy).

I have a terrific shoulder pad on my BREE leader bag for my laptop, but it is just a little bit too narrow and braun, and I need black.
I also realized in the mean time that the Domke one may just be a bit too big ...
The Billingham SP50 would in principle fit, I just find it a bti too bulky (80mm wide). Actually it as similar design than the one on my BREE bag, just the BREE one looks better to me. I guess I will drop them a mail.

When you say the Domke pad is too large, you have to realize the original was designed for the mail carrier to lug 20-30 lbs of mail for a long period of time & size matters.

I have been using an Ergopad the last few years and have no complaints. They come in several widths: 1, 1.5, & 2 inch widths, maybe more. Thy are wedge shaped and sell for $6 to $8 or so. I think they are available from the company and also eBay. I have been happy with mine.
