I know, I should probably put this in WTB, but I suspect nobody reads that. Anyway, this might be of interest anyway.
The Konica Auto S2 shares a 55mm filter thread with several other cameras, including my beloved Olympus 35LC. I just cleaned the VF of that camera last night, and discovered while under the hood that one of the screws to the light meter switch is stripped. Anyway, I just wired the meter on (the button was kind of pain, anyway). But, now I need a lens cap to keep the battery from dying quick.
The 35LC, which has the same lens as the 35SP, can also take the konica's nifty sliding lens hood. I have that already, and though it doesn't extend as far out as on the Konica, it helps. I have two choices: find an Auto S2 slip-on cap, or take the hood on and off to put the cap on (not fun). Any other ideas, or something that'll do the trick sitting in a drawer?
