Loose focusing ring of Summicron DR

Is a loose focusing ring an issue that should raise concerns?
- is it a common problem for Summicron DR?
- could it develop in time so to cause other types of problems such as focus shifts ?

If the focusing ring of a DR is wobbling, the lens needs service. If it just feels like it turns too easily, then you could use the lens but the focusing stage should be lubed. Again, lens needs service.
