Lost AE lock button, need reacement

So, I was traveling in Japan this past week and at some point I noticed that that the AE lock button on my R3a was gone!! Looks like it just screws in and it must have jiggled itself loose and fallen out. Since I have no clue when or where it came off and since it's tiny, it's gone. I know it's a tall order, but does anyone know where I could possibly get a replacement???
