I assume some folks here shoot slides and look at them on a
light box, slide viewer or projector. I want a good affordable
loupe (I have a color correct light box) and looking for suggestions. It would be nice to have a better hand held single
slide viewer as well, any suggestions? I have done a lot of testing of projector lenses and one that really is nice, bright
and sharp to the edges is the Raynox 100mm F2.8. It was made
in Japan, uses glass vs Kodaks plastic elements. I got mine
used locally for about $20. I use it reversed held to my eye for a loupe too. The 100-150 FF Kodak projector lens is ok, but not nearly as good as the Raynox.
