just received the 'ona, bowery bag' in the mail...and it is love at first sight.
quick glance shows it to be a first rate and classy looking 5xb bag...same size...very well put together...minimal padding but it's there, nice materials, love the complimentary leather...not a fan of buckles but it hides a sturdy latch for flap closure...simple, 2 small extra front pockets under the flap and an outside rear open pocket that squeezes an ipad mini into it.
this is the bag i was hoping the porteen would be!!
compares well to the billingham L2 in general with the ona being somewhat more compact.
it is a sweet bag and for carrying a fuji xpro1 wearing the 35 and the 14 next to it...it is perfect!!
the billingham 1.4 holds another lens or 2 and would do for larger excursions...
the bowery is now my everyday out of the way classy (man) camera bag!!

Gotta admit, when I first saw that bag a few weeks ago, I was smitten by it!
The only thing I do not like about my rugged wear 5xb is the stupid zipper.

That looks like a NICE bag.
I am still looking for a compact belt bag, one that can carry a couple RF lenses OR my IIIf.
I sympathize with your bag quest Joe, it is surprisingly difficult to find exactly what you need.
In the good old days you could find a leather worker (probably a saddle maker?) to create any custom bag you needed. Not possible now that we are so advanced.

Would it fit the X-Pro1 with 18-55 attached plus the 14mm?

The "pinch clasp" as they describe it doesn't look very reliable. My guess it's just form pressed zinc or something easy to manufacture. I would not be surprised if this will be a weak point and breaks off at some point of time.

tired of selling...just made 2 trips to the post office for supplies and then mailing of 5 bags and a gift to a friend.
i like bags and i may appear foolish but...photographing is my pleasure and i like for the whole experience to be enjoyable. each bag that i use has a purpose...usually it needs to carry the gear i want for that day and that gear changes...sometimes i carry no bag if it's a one camera/one lens day...sometimes i carry 1 camera/2 lenses...sometimes i take it all...sometimes i like to add the ipad mini...
i like the bags to fit my need and nothing more...so using a big bag that holds everything to carry a few things is annoying to me...
i also like being able to speak from experience...i have used tons of cameras, lenses, bags etc...not just read about them or read other's experience...my words usually come from having been there, done that...practical and not theory...

I guess that justifies the acquisition.
ps. On the other hand, I am on the extreme end of the other side of the spectrum.

I went through a few bags for my RF gear until I settled on an AA Oskar's One Day Bag. It dines on a X100S with hood, M3 / 50 Summilux and XPan / 45mm plus ten rolls of Tri-X.
Check with me in 2-3 years, it will most likely be the same...
