Even if there are such adapters available you know you can use it for close up only?

There could possibly be a C/Y adapter to M39, like the one Canon put out, but it would be used to attach the camera to something like either a telescope, or microscope that used M39 accessories.
The problem with putting rangefinder lenses on SLRs is the flange distance is too far out, thus it's like putting a tube on a regular SLR lens to turn it into a macro. You can't sink the rangefinder lens into an SLR mount without causing problems either with the lens operation itself, or the auto aperture mechanism, and meter couplings on the camera. Besides, it would not clear the mirror.

...thanks for the answers...just didn't realize that a RF might not function on an SLR...
