LTM to M adapters: are some better than others?

I don't know, because I haven't bought any of the adapters yet, but the Kipon Prominent-to-Leica screwmount adapter I'm looking at is apparently rangefinder-coupled.

What happens when one screws a 50mm lens into such an adapter, and then mounts it onto an M-mount body equipped with both 50mm and 28mm frames?

only kidding. whichever thing comes up first -- there's only one feeler arm thing, so it's not going to bring up 2 framelines, obviously.

I know it seems like a bit of a gamble buying from China but I bought this one and it works perfectly, arrived quickly and saved me a bit of money.
