Recently Luigi sent some of us gifts for suggesting names for his sub-brand to compete with the RFF Chinese cases.
I received a camera strap and a Leica logo key ring. Both of which are great to have and to use. He's a generous man.
Today (Sunday) I mailed Luigi early morning and ordered a key ring for my father. Luigi replied within a couple of hours and said he'd send it for free.
Next time I want a new camera I know just where to go for it.
