My Dad has let me have his old Lynx 14 and I'm quite excited
The camera hasn't really been used in years, but the light seals are okay as far as I know.
The one problem I know of is that the RF alignment is off vertically. Is this something that I can fix myself?
I'm excited! Here's a photo I took with it about 10 years ago...

Nice camera. I read the description on Cameraquest site. It says they might by now need a once over. Who can be recommend for this work?
Thanks

Well, our very own Russ Sisco (b1bmsgt) comes highly recommended.

Patrick, the vertical alignment is more of a nuisance thing, it shouldn't affect the focusing. That's more determined by the horizontal alignment. I opened mine up for a cleaning, and reattaching a wire to the meter, but didn't have to mess with the rangefinder. However, you are welcome to look at the photos on Flickr, to be able to glean any usefull information from them.

Sorry, Russ. I drop letters sometimes, and then forget to pick them up.

Well, I got it
The vertical alignment is way off...making it a bit more difficult to focus.
I'm going to try and take the top off to do the fix (thanks farlymac!). We'll see how it goes!
