M to LTM adapter ?????

I didn't know it was possible to have an adapter to put a M-mount lens on a LTM ?

It's not M-mount. It's for the original Prominent-mount Nokton.

I've bought two of this adapter, non of them fits my 3 origional LTM-M adapter or a IIIf camera. but the seller says that I'm the first one who has this problem, and he has sold a dozen of this adapter. He also says that it fits on his LTM-M adapter perfectly. And I took a refund after all these problems.

With all due respect I still think, that this one should fit better -- the (Cosina made?) Voigtländer
"Prominent Standard Lens Adapter Ring"
a.k.a. "PROMINENT>NIKON RF"
