M2 Frames with LTM->M Adapter

Hi...

When using the CV 25/4 with a Voigtlander M Adapter, the Frameline that comes up
in my M2 is the small one, or the 90mm. Ideally, I'd like it to be the widest... the 35.

This doesn't matter too much, because the CV 25/4 is NOT coupled, and I use a dedicated V/F in the shoe.

Run an elastic band from the strap lug to the selector arm if you m2 is a late model. - or

File the adapter or

Buy a new adapter

I would just black tape over the frame line illumination window (the "corrugated" window next to the rangefinder window). This leaves you the rangefinder patch (not an issue with the 25 Snap shot) and you can use the whole "view" out to the edges of the frame. This is roughly a 26-28mm view and you can take off the top mounted finder before it falls off! This is how I usually use my 28's and 25's when using the M2's. Not ultra precise, but more than good enough for quick shooting.
