After some time, I have managed to finish a couple of manuals on the Leica M2 and other M series. Both can be downloaded from my website here:http://pentax-manuals.com/repairs.htm
The first covers basic service and the second is based on the repair training course. (Beware, this is 160 pages and about 8 Mb)

I think I may have seen these before, and still think the same way - while I might be OK with fumbling around inside a user LTM body, I don't think there is any way I would want to tackle the innards of amy M series body!

Thanks John,
Had you not helped sent me the basics I couldn't have done it. Now after about 40 hours work, 24Mb is less than 8 and it is as least clear and readable.
