It was two years ago, and M4 prices have gone down since then, but $1,400 seems right, in EXC+ condition. Remember customization is what ' a la carte' is all about, and Leica gets a premium for the service. With a full CLA, there shouldn't be any extra charge for the labor of changing the levers. You can probably buy what you want on the auction site for a decent price.
