M5 strap from Luigi

Anyone ever order a M5 Luigi strap from Luigi? I have two Luigi straps, 1- M6 1-X100 and love 'em BUT their web site is insane to figure out if they have them for M5 and I emailed his daughter and I do not get any response (business must be good?)… any suggestions? I think he mades them for the M5 lug…. Thanks in advance! Daniel.

I have an M5 and I use Luigi's essential strap. It's basically just a strip of leather with holes at the end and a pointy bit of leather that you sew back through the holes. No problem yet, but eventually the lug will probably cut through the strap. You can google for images. They are tough but still supple. I had been using them on a ricoh gxr previously because I couldn't find any straps I liked for that camera.

I use this one on my M5. It's a lit bit shorter, that u can not sling cross the body. Otherwise it's perfect.

yeap I think I remember seeing that on their site. TBH, If they made their site intuitive and maintained their quality- they would easily double their sales- I am sure I am not the only one who finds their web site a mystery on how to interact with it but love their product…. I'll try it again and to the point that August is Holiday time in Italy-good point- Thank You!

ok- I hope I got it correct BUT Luigi has a store on ebay- when you order the strap make sure you tell him the length-color of the strap that you want- its sold for rectangular lugs- I specified that its for M5. There is an area to add these notes- you probably know this but I never use ebay- when I get it, I will let you know- this will be my 3rd Luigi strap- he does beautiful work but my first M5 strap i should receive it in 2-3 weeks… ciao!
