Local camera nerd club I’m part of had an artificial light course couple of weeks ago. We had a studio set up, professional models and everything. I’m not too keen on studio photography but I took a few snaps anyway. I mostly photographed my fellow photographers at various side activities (mainly beer drinking). Here's a set of pictures from the happening:

First half are taken on Ilford 3200 rated at 1600 and the other half with Rollei Retro 400. All are taken with M6 and pre-asph 35mm Summilux.

Hey Hey, photo # 2 is brilliant! Empty bottle of Corona on the left and J&B on the right and a camera in the background. Cool shot! :D

Great shots! You really make it easy for everyone to feel as if they were there. You did a great job of telling the story of the event!

Agreed with what most have said - but my fave shot is of the tattoo on the girl's foot. Good capture, it makes the rest of the shots seem much more relaxed and casual.

Loved your series, especially the atmosphere and intimacy of your photo group. Seems like an awesome group of people to hang out with.

Like everyone said, nice series ! I like the grain, adds to the atmosphere. I have to show these to my photo club ... Lot's of beer and fun is the way to go !:D:cool:
