Try Will van Manen in the Netherlands. He does both CLA and a form of viewfinder upgrade. His site is Kamera-Service.info.
Alternatively, although I'm biased (😉), have a look at the Leicagoodies Shade.

I just called Wil about this. He puts in a piece of polarising foil. This will reduce the flair with 80%.
If he is back from holiday I will have this done on my M6 and M7.

Talking about costs, how much could it be? Is there a difference between the canadian and the dutch method?
